Membership & Executive Officer
We are seeking to recruit a Membership & Executive Officer to join our team.
This is a key operational role within AOTI supporting the efficient day-to-day administration of the organisation, the delivery of membership services and the coordination of organisational work. The role also provides structured executive support and involves working closely with staff, member volunteers and external stakeholders to support the effective operation of the professional body.
The successful candidate will be a highly organised and adaptable individual with strong administrative and communication skills. They will be comfortable managing multiple priorities and working collaboratively within a small and dynamic team environment.
Key Details:
Position: Membership & Executive Officer
Hours: Part-time (0.8 WTE /
29.6 hours per week)
Contract: Permanent (subject to a
6-month probationary period)
Salary: Aligned to the HSE
Grade V (Clerical) salary scale (pro rata)
Location: Dublin, with hybrid
working arrangements
About the Role
The Membership & Executive Officer will play an important role in supporting the operation of AOTI. Responsibilities include membership administration, organisational coordination and providing executive support to help ensure that organisational processes, communications and follow-through operate effectively across the organisation.
The role involves working closely with staff, volunteers and external stakeholders and contributing across a range of organisational activities in support of AOTI’s work on behalf of members and the Occupational Therapy profession in Ireland.
