Relaunch of Communications Committee

We want you to be part of it!

The AOTI Communications Committee is relaunching, and we want you to be part of it!

Are you passionate about communications and interested in creative ways to promote and celebrate Occupational Therapy? We'd love to hear from you! The AOTI Communications Committee is relaunching, and we're inviting expressions of interest from members who would like to join the Committee. You don't need a background in communications to apply. We're particularly keen to bring together members from different areas of practice, career stages and backgrounds.

What does the Communications Committee do?

The Committee supports AOTI's communications, including:

  • Planning, designing and posting social media content

  • Producing our AOTI Membership Matters newsletter

  • Generating ideas on how we can better connect with our members and the wider public

Joining the Committee is a great opportunity to contribute to raising the profile of Occupational Therapy, develop new skills and work collaboratively with colleagues from across the profession.

How to apply

If you're interested in joining the Communications Committee, please send a brief cover letter outlining your interest in the role, along with your CV, to [email protected]. Applications will be reviewed and shortlisted applicants will be invited to an interview as part of the selection process. Closing date for applications is Friday 4th December 2026.

If you'd simply like to find out more about what's involved before applying, we'd also be delighted to hear from you.

We look forward to hearing from you!
