HSE National Genetics and Genomics Office is seeking expressions of interest to engage in Patient and Public Involvement (PPI) and engagement activities

The National Genetics and Genomics Office (NGGO) is a new office of the HSE aiming to improve Ireland’s genetic and genomic medicine services as set out in the National Strategy for Accelerating Genetic and Genomic Medicine in Ireland.

The NGGO is looking to connect with people living with a health or medical condition, carers, healthcare workers, and members of the public, who are interested in working with the HSE to ensure their needs, perspectives and voices guide the delivery of Ireland’s genetic and genomic medicine service.

If you would like to express your interest in participating in future patient and public involvement (PPI) and engagement activities, you can do so at the following link:

Thank you for your support as we work towards developing a world-class, patient and family-centred genetic and genomic medicine service in Ireland. If you would like any further information on the National Strategy, our office can be contacted at [email protected].
