Call for Abstracts for AOTI Conference 2024

We are delighted to announce the call for abstracts for AOTI Conference 2024.  AOTI Conference is taking place in the Mount Wolseley Hotel, Tullow, Co. Carlow on the 26th and 27th of September 2024.

Similar to the 2023 format, this year’s conference will be divided into two main streams: a clinical practice and innovation stream, and a research stream. We are inviting submissions for oral and poster presentations, workshops and ‘Occupation Stations’.

To submit an abstract, you will need to first create an account with Oxford Abstracts. You can do this by following this link, which will also guide you to the submission page.  We encourage you to please read the submission guidelines, and follow these carefully when preparing your abstract.  These can also be found on the AOTI website.

There will be five abstract prizes available this year, these will be judged based on the highest scoring abstracts from the peer review. A best poster prize will also be voted on by delegates during conference.

Abstract submissions will be accepted from the 20th of March and will close on the 1st of May 2024. We encourage you to submit early to avoid missing this deadline.

We strongly encourage you to consider submitting an abstract for AOTI 2024, the success of our conference depends on the high quality submissions we receive every year.  It is also a fantastic opportunity to showcase your clinical or research achievements at the largest event for Occupational Therapists in Ireland.  If you have any additional questions or require further guidance with your submission, please do not hesitate to contact [email protected].

We look forward to your submissions.
