AOTI Chief Strategic Officer - vacancy (part time)
The AOTI Chief Strategic Officer will be responsible for implementation and delivery of the strategic plan of The Association of Occupational Therapists of Ireland (AOTI) in collaboration with AOTI Council & Directors.
With primary emphasis on:
- Development of AOTI to ensure it is accessible, responsive and rewarding to our members.
- Developing high quality practice standards, communities of practice in our advisory groups and research and learning opportunities from student to specialist levels.
- Lobbying and advocating on behalf of the profession with government and national stakeholders.
- Working with key government /workforce related agencies and employer groups.
The Chief Strategic Officer is responsible for leading AOTI strategy in line with AOTI Directors and Council and providing line management to CPD Director, Administrative staff and other AOTI staff as required.
