Seeking interest from Members - AOTI Special Advisory Group in Seating
A group of Senior OTs from 11 Acute Hospitals have been working together to standardise their seating assessment and handover documentation for Specialised Seating Cases. In addition to the work this group is doing, it was felt that an AOTI Special Advisory Group in Seating would be beneficial to the profession. We would like to see if there is any interest from other clinical areas and nationally, in establishing this Special Advisory Group.

If there is sufficient interest nationally and from the different clinical areas, the plan would be to hold a meeting in a Dublin location soon, and submit an application to AOTI to set up a Special Advisory Group.
