Receipt of a Complaint process - Arachas
If a complaint is made against you, you must first call the Arachas Helpline number of 0818670747 quoting your policy number. Arachas will assist you with the complaint.
If you receive any communication regarding a complaint, e.g. a letter from CORU, a solicitors letter, etc. you must immediately contact Arachas on their Helpline before taking any other action or responding to the complainant (this includes not acknowledging receipt of the complaint).
