* Confirmation of an active full-time student status is required. You will be prompted to upload a picture of your student card when registering.

Conference rates B&B: €155 per room per night at single occupancy, and €165 for a double/twin.

How do I register?

To register please fill in the online registration form by clicking the ‘Apply Now’ tab at the top of this page.

If you wish to avail of AOTI member rates, you will need to login to the AOTI website to verify your membership. Upon submitting the registration form and payment, you will receive a confirmation from the AOTI within three working days.

How do I pay?

Registration fees are paid in Euro and will be paid via credit or debit card. At the end of the registration page, you will be prompted to click submit and proceed to payment.

Group bookings are possible by invoice

Invoicing for delegate passes – Fill out form

• Full payment is required in advance of the event or delegates will not be admitted.

• It's the responsibility of whoever is booking to have all their staff registrant details correct, especially the emails they wish conference information to go to.

• Minimum amount per invoice: €400

• Admin Fee: payment by credit card €30

• Admin Fee: payment by bank transfer €50

What happens if I need to cancel? Will I get a refund?

Conference Registration Cancellation Policy:

Notification of cancellation must be sent in writing to [email protected]

*** All refunds will be made after the Conference & will be subject to a €30.00 handling fee.

• Cancellations received on or before Friday 14th August 2026 – full refund***

• Cancellations received between Saturday 15th August 2026 and Friday 28th August 2026 inclusive – 50% refund***

• Cancellations received after Friday 28th August 2026 – no refund will be made but name changes will be accepted in writing at any time.
