CORU Registration update
With a delay in the opening of the registration Board for Occupational Therapists, it has implications for the validation of qualifications
Notification concerning the delay of the opening of the Register for Occupational Therapists
The Occupational Therapists Registration Board at CORU has advised that it has decided to delay the opening of its register and the assumption of competent authority function for the recognition of non-Irish occupational therapy qualifications. It is anticipated that the register will be established during 2015 - any developments will be posted on CORU’s website at www.coru.ie. Until the register is opened, applications for the recognition of non-Irish occupational therapy qualifications are processed by the National Validation Office, Health Service Executive on behalf of the Minister for Health and should be addressed to:
