WELCOMING the opening of the new Register, Ms Ginny Hanrahan, Chief Executive of CORU said: “Today is a further significant step on the journey to a fully regulated environment for health and social care professionals in Ireland."

Occupational Therapist Registration begins

Statutory registration for Occupational Therapists has commenced. Members of the profession are invited to apply for registration at www.coru.ie.

The opening of this new register marks a further milestone in the regulation of the health and social care profession listed for regulation by the Health and Social Care Professionals Act 2005 (as amended).
